On 19 March in glorious spring weather the Company enjoyed a two-day visit to Ironbridge – The Valley of Invention.  The Company is a Silver Patron of the Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust.   

A UNESCO World Heritage Site and a major driver of the Industrial Revolution, Ironbridge has a cluster of museums which showcase some of the legacy of 18th century pioneering engineering in Britain. These attractions include The Ironbridge – the world’s first large cast iron bridge, Coalbrookdale Museum of Iron, Blists Hill Victorian Town, Coalport China Museum and Jackfield Tile Museum.
