Appropriate supporting material should be included, especially those associated with any academic applications. Applications can be submitted throughout the year and it will normally take no longer than 3 months before a decision is made. Only successful applicants are informed of outcomes. The Clerk however is able to answer telephone queries on the progress of any applications and their outcome. The Clerk can provide any other relevant advice, particularly on the likelihood of the application being successful and the level of award likely, but without prejudice to the Trustees final decision.
