HMS PRINCE OF WALES – Families and Affiliates Day in Portsmouth
On Wednesday 26 March, four members of the Company visited our affiliated warship before they deploy for some months. Although the day was primarily intended for friends and families of the crew, they had a brief tour including the sickbay / surgery which carries some 40 medics including GPs, surgeons, dentists and mental nurses, to support HMS PRINCE OF WALES and her supporting task force.
The families, friends and affiliates were also treated to a display by the Royal Marines Band in the hangar.
